day-to-day running of facilities and guest journeys. With strong
leadership, a talent for organisation, and a drive for continuous
improvement, you’ll ensure that guests enjoy exceptional spa experiences
while the team works in a well-supported, efficient environment.Who do we want?This is a leadership role focused on smooth operations, outstanding
standards, and enhancing guest experiences across both hotel sites. You
will be a mentor and operational lead for our Spa Hosts, ensuring the spa
facilities are maintained to the highest level, the team feels supported,
and that our ethos of holistic and sustainable hospitality shines through
every detail.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support, nurture, and inspire our spa hosts and therapists to
deliver 5-star guest experiences * Oversee the day-to-day operation of spa facilities, including pools,thermal rooms, hot tubs, hammam, and treatment spaces * Ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure,anticipating and resolving challenges before they arise * Lead by example, upholding standards and fostering a culture ofcare, efficiency, and attention to detail * Coordinate with the wider hotel teams to align spa operations withoverall guest experience * Monitor and maintain operational systems, safety standards, andsustainability practices * Support in team scheduling, communication, and daily briefings toensure smooth running of the departmentSkills & Experience:
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills

  • Experience in spa, leisure, or hospitality operations
