- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and visitors
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Assist customers with purchases and enquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store
- Work effectively within a team to meet daily targets and ensure smooth store operations
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work shifts starting as early as 4am and finishing as late as 10pm
- Must be able to reliably commute to Luton Airport at the required times via public transport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player approach
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 + holiday pay
