Home Instead help the local community, providing care and support to allow individuals to lead fulfilled lives in safe & familiar surroundings where they feel most comfortable.Job DescriptionJob PurposeTo ensure our Care Professionals and clients receive the appropriate support and a consistently high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and manage day-to-day care visits, including short-notice changes due to sickness or availabilityConduct Care Professional support visits and ongoing competenciesCreate, update, and audit client care plans and support with digital care planningHandle client enquiries, consultations, and manage the care journeyMaintain accurate records using Home Instead's systems and People PlannerCoordinate and conduct Care Professional and client introductionsBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsMentor and support Care ProfessionalsMaintain regular contact with both clients and Care ProfessionalsParticipate in the on-call rotaCarry out client visits as requiredUphold Home Instead's policies, including Equality, Diversity, and Equal OpportunitiesQualificationsEssential CriteriaNVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards itPrevious experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care servicesSupervisory experience working with MAR charts and medication administrationStrong understanding of relevant health and social care legislation and regulationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfident using care management technology and supporting others in its useStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual platformsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleOrganised, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional serviceAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to current data protection standardsAdditional InformationWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is:Driven to achieve results and maintain high qualityAdaptable to change and responsive in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused and passionate about careA confident influencer and effective communicatorA team player who thrives on collaborationEager to learn and embody the values of Home InsteadWhy Join Home Instead?Be part of an award-winning organisation known for quality careWork in a supportive and friendly team environmentCompetitive salary and opportunities for progressionThe chance to truly make a difference in the lives of othersReady to take the next step in your care career?
