,This is an opportunity to join an industry innovator that really pushes the boundaries of POS.MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:1. To develop new and existing accounts within the company's display business2. The role will be 80% new business development and 20% account management3. To target, qualify and secure new business with an opportunity to grow from £100k to £1m+4. To acquire new business specifically within the POS display market, in line with the Company business strategy5. To explore new growing or merging areas within the POS display market and present the opportunity to develop these areasMAIN DUTIES:1. Achieve the sales plan in line with the pre-agreed budget.2. Service and support the potential growth accounts until when ready to move in house or to another account manager.3. Organise site visits to prospective and existing customers.4. Produce monthly reports on customer visits.5. Liaise with Design and Production to ensure trials/ orders meet customer specifications.6. Conduct on site meetings with existing and potential customers observing all Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements.7. Liaise effectively with all internal departments via CRM.8. Support the Sales Manager and Internal Sales Team to satisfy customer requirements.9. Support relevant exhibitions to promote or investigate opportunities10. Undergo training as required by the needs of the business.EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Sales experience with POS industry. Proven track record of targeting, winning, and managing new business. Typical size account won to be + £250K.Experience of the creative and production processes for 3D printed solutions, including FSDUs, countertop displays and other instore cardboard displays.KEY BEHAVIOURS:1. Previous experience working within the POS display industry2. Numerate, literate and with a strong analytical and computer skills. Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is important3. Good social and communication skills with previous customer facing experience.4. Team Player.5. Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills.6. Holds Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent
