Internal secondment will be consideredMain duties of the jobWe are looking to welcome a new midwife to our established team working within the Continuity of Carer model of care. We would be excited to consider applications from midwives who consider themselves to be highly motivated and innovative with a passion for personalised care. We provide maternity care for women who live within the Sleaford area, to include antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.The Sleaford midwifery team are a small, but very supportive, friendly team who would welcome any new team member. We would be happy to consider a personalised package to enable a positive and successful integration into our established team for the right candidate.Currently the Continuity teams provide an on call rota to provide Intrapartum care to women on their caseload and to support the wider homebirth service across the community areas. We cover days and nights on call for the women in our caseload.
