Manual Machinist £14.00 per hour. Wolverhampton. Monday to Friday. 8:00am – 4:00pm. Temp-PermWe are currently seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our clients engineering workshop based in Wolverhampton. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced individual with a strong background in conventional machining and the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a range of manual machines including lathes, capstans, drillers, millers, radial drills, and Bridgeport machines
  • Manufacture components to precise specifications from technical/CAD drawings
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and quality checks
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a manual machining environment
  • Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings (CAD-based)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
