- Are you an experienced business development professional with a successful track record of driving sales across international markets?
- Does your sales background come from working with engineered, technical products?
- Build and manage strong relationships with new European distributors
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives
- Analyse market data and distributor performance to shape sales strategy
- Negotiate agreements and spot new business opportunities in emerging markets
- Represent the business at international trade fairs and industry events
- The position is remotely based. We can consider candidates located throughout Europe.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in international sales, export, or business development
- Background in technical/engineered products. Experience of working with tooling used in manufacturing processes would be most welcome.
- Commercially sharp with proven account growth experience
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable – with a can-do mindset
- Willing to undertake international travel to visit customers across Europe.
- Fluency in a second language would be welcome but is not essential.
