- Develop and maintain maintenance check schedules in coordination with aircraft operators, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within established timeframes.
- Monitor the progress of maintenance checks and address any issues or delays to minimize operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Analyse maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop and implement maintenance procedures, standards, and best practices.

- Hold a valid CAA Part-66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance License with two relevant type ratings. B727,B737, B737 or A320.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management, with a focus on maintenance checks and heavy maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, airworthiness requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
