- Provide relevant and effective data analysis and interpretation, using inputs from multiples sources
- Identify and highlight trends and patterns
- Ensure data and insight are provided at an appropriate frequency to the right audiences
- Ensure root causes of multiple sources of data are understood and aligned
- Communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Influence colleagues and stakeholders to ensure decisions and priorities are data led
- Model, track and monitor the outputs and impacts of DMEX plans and other change initiatives
- Monitor and understand trends in the wider water industry, particularly Developer Services operations, DMEX and Water UK metrics, and other external sources
- Proven data analysis and insight experience
- Strong collaboration, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Creation of CX and insight reports and data files, clearly articulating improvement opportunities
- Competitive salary from £36,000 to £43,000 per annum, depending on experience
