This is a hands-on, senior leadership role taking full ownership of the commercial function - sales, CS, marketing, and rev ops. You'll work directly with the CEO and lead a lean, focused team through the next phase of growth.Own the full revenue funnel: pipeline creation to retention and expansionBuild structure into forecasting, sales operations, and performance metricsLead select key enterprise accounts and high-value renewals personallyBe a daily presence in team performance, coaching and supporting the teamCreate clarity in goals, accountability, and cultural alignmentAbout YouSenior commercial leader with SaaS experience (enterprise sales focus) * German speaker (ideally native.Deep knowledge of outbound pipeline and conversion strategiesStrong operator: highly structured, organised, and outcomes-drivenYou lead from the front and enjoy being in the detailsPostgraduate qualifications - ideally MBAPackageto £150,000 base | Circa £250,000 OTE + equityLeadership role with strategic impact and full ownership of revenueCompetitive base salary with strong bonus potentialReports to CEO and part of senior leadershipOffices in Central London with hybrid working
