- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage on boarding, vetting (including DBS checks), and compliance with employment law.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records with excellent attention to detail.
- Work with HR systems (ideally CORE HR) to streamline people processes.
- Champion a culture of engagement, well being, and inclusion across the organisation.
- Previous HR experience is essential, with a good understanding of UK employment law and DBS processes.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required for immediate start).
- Strong attention to detail, especially in on boarding and compliance.
- Confident working with HR systems- CORE HR experience highly desirable.
- Flexible, approachable, and able to hit the ground running.
