Manage Freight Forwarders / carriers to ensure KPI's are met.
Highlight any delivery issues impacting shipment On Time Performance.
Ensure root cause and corrective actions for non-performing lanes
Analytical ability to do proactive decision / planning to ensure shipment On Time delivery.
Follow up with the appointed freight forwarding to follow OTM planning.
Analytical ability to find out the correct result and fix issues with IT.
Analyse OTM report and follow-up the missing milestone/Event from appointed freight forwarding.
To manage the activities of Logistics Control Tower and Transportation activities.
Uplift Risk Monitor
Arrival Risk Monitor
Tracking Monitor
Delay / Risk Process Monitor
Delivered late W/O reason code
Expedite / Critical shipments
Able to interpret and develop process flows and system designs.
Communicate requirements and guidelines to business unit and IT teams
Able to run performance reports, identify opportunities for improvements and root cause analysis.
Ability to communicate and present overall performance, follow detailed work instructions and cross train peers
Works on assignments and special projects relating to Control Tower and Transportation activities as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics supply chain or related field.
Computer literate, apply advanced English skills to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication.
Basic attributes include a self-starting individual with high motivation and work ethic.
Must be multi-task oriented and flexible to assist in a variety of tasks and relate easily with all levels of personnel and customers.
Collaborate effectively.
