- Manage Freight Forwarders / carriers to ensure KPI's are met.
- Highlight any delivery issues impacting shipment On Time Performance.
- Ensure root cause and corrective actions for non-performing lanes
- Analytical ability to do proactive decision / planning to ensure shipment On Time delivery.
- Follow up with the appointed freight forwarding to follow OTM planning.
- Analytical ability to find out the correct result and fix issues with IT.
- Analyse OTM report and follow-up the missing milestone/Event from appointed freight forwarding.
- To manage the activities of Logistics Control Tower and Transportation activities.
- Uplift Risk Monitor
- Arrival Risk Monitor
- Tracking Monitor
- Delay / Risk Process Monitor
- Delivered late W/O reason code
- Expedite / Critical shipments
- Able to interpret and develop process flows and system designs.
- Communicate requirements and guidelines to business unit and IT teams
- Able to run performance reports, identify opportunities for improvements and root cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate and present overall performance, follow detailed work instructions and cross train peers
- Works on assignments and special projects relating to Control Tower and Transportation activities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics supply chain or related field.
- Computer literate, apply advanced English skills to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication.
- Basic attributes include a self-starting individual with high motivation and work ethic.
- Must be multi-task oriented and flexible to assist in a variety of tasks and relate easily with all levels of personnel and customers.
