10 years, occupying senior roles either within or with significant exposure to automotive / finance / digital sectors (the ideal candidate will have relevant experience in all three sectors)Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex initiatives involving disparate stakeholder groups, preferably across different geographies and culturesExceptional ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships and to foster strong collaborative working partnershipsExperience working with technology-based projects. Must be comfortable with technology and to act as liaison and translator between business and tech stakeholders. Should have proven ability to articulate business requirements and work with solution providers to ensure effective definition and delivery of digital projects.Proven experience delivering best in class CX solutions and obsession around customer.Experience communicating with Senior stakeholders, including Executive Management and presenting to large groups.EDUCATIONUniversity DegreeRelevant professional / post graduate qualificationsSKILLS & KNOWLEDGECommunication – must possess first class written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate to both internal and external stakeholders, including with Senior Execs. Ability to present to larger groups and be comfortable to speak at events.Customer orientation – ability of operate with professionalism and credibility in front of the customer, with proven ability to build strong customer relationships.Planning and co-ordination – ability to co-ordinate and manage multiple initiatives, delivering coherent plans that reflect priorities and regularly assessing progress against these.Teamwork – must be an excellent team player, able to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and business partners, with specific focus on being able to work with multicultural and international teams located in several countries.Self-starter – ability to work largely unsupervised but making appropriate escalations when required.Influencing & negotiation skills - Must be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders in order to reach mutually beneficial business outcomes.Languages - fluent level of English language is mandatory to undertake this role.
