- Protect and grow MiQ's key accounts
- Ensure all relevant assets and materials necessary for campaign setup are gathered
- Drive up-weights and new opportunities across your team & portfolio
- Ensure re-bookings and forecasting accuracy, where applicable and relevant.
- Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless
- Maintain regular communication with all accounts across patch including scheduling and hosting face-to-face meetings, entertainment & business reviews
- Consistently maintain Account strategy books across all key accounts
- Ready to learn any new platforms or technology a new client will be using
- Proactively connect multiple data points to drive solutions for clients
- Identify relevant insights; recognise patterns and points of differentiation
- Acts as a ”trusted advisor” to stakeholders, clients and team; sought out as a sounding board.
- Works hand in hand with Trading lead and Client Partners to ensure a seamless working relationship amongst the three teams
- Honestly and proactively challenges internal/external stakeholders' ideas respectfully
- Maintains deep knowledge of what the challenges are for each business area
- Continually works to expand network by building relationships internally and across the industry
- Able to assess problems in new ways, and consistently suggests novel approaches for all types of challenges; at the same time can drive a culture of innovation amongst team.
- Proactively seeks to pilot, validate, and improve new ideas or methods.
- Willing to take calculated risks or push MiQ solutions that the client isn't aware of.
- Is motivated by learning opportunities; asks questions, provides feedback, and pushes themselves.
- Shares new ways of working with client partners and trading to drive performance and best practice.
- Create new ideas or solutions for clients ensuring we retain and improve client engagement.
- Minimum 2-3 years working for an advertising/media agency/media owner (or similar)
- Working in a team environment
- Client facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/ Sales Support/ Ad-Ops background)
- Demonstrable experience of retaining and growing key accounts
- High level of organisation,attention to detail, technical capability and conscientiousness
- A proactive and solution orientated 'can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to brief and engage a variety of different teams & specialists.
- Proactive, solution-led and strategic commercial approach to clients.
