- Preparing tailored sales proposals for the global Program Sales team, including accurately calculating and checking prices and financial comparisons before they are sent out.
- Preparing presentations and other sales collateral for the Program Sales team, ensuring that a consistent and elevated design aesthetic is maintained.
- Liaising with the Proposals Manager to prioritize proposals accordingly across multiple time zones, and amongst the Proposals team.
- Collaborating with Sales Vice Presidents to help tailor their proposals and ensure all sales proposals which are sent out are followed up on.
- Assisting with RFPs and corporate tenders, working closely with Sales Vice Presidents and across multiple departments to help tailor the response.
- Regularly review all templates in the proposals library to ensure they remain current and fit for purpose.
- Keep an up-to-date and accurate live log of all proposals prepared for the Program Sales team.
- Analytical projects with a focus on proposal conversions and regional trends.
- Ad-hoc team support and research assignments.
- Experience using InDesign or similar design applications.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Possesses an exceptional eye for detail and ability to prepare collateral that is tailored to every prospect while maintaining absolute accuracy.
- Design experience is preferred but isn’t essential.
- Knowledge of the business aviation industry is preferred but isn’t essential.
- A team player who is driven to driven to succeed and keep pace with a fast-moving sales team.
