As a Restructuring Manager, you will play a key role in advising clients through complex restructuring and turnaround situations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lenders, and investors, supporting distressed businesses across a variety of sectors. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with strong exposure to financial and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and manage restructuring engagements from planning to execution
  • Assess business performance, viability, and financial options for underperforming or distressed companies
  • Support clients with contingency planning, options analysis, and stakeholder negotiations
  • Prepare and review financial models, cash flow forecasts, and restructuring plans
  • Coordinate with lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and pitches
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent professional certification
  • Strong experience in financial advisory, ideally from a Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique firm
  • Background in Restructuring, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead client relationships
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
