- To uphold and maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and care within the residences, ensuring the comfort, privacy, and dignity of the Royal Household at all times.
- Maintain all rooms, furnishings, and fittings in immaculate order, applying appropriate heritage and fine-fabric cleaning methods.
- Provide specialist wardrobe care, including couture garments, ceremonial attire, linens, and footwear.
- Assist with table preparation, formal service, and hospitality arrangements for state and private events.
- Support packing and unpacking for official travel, ensuring items are ready for immediate use.
- Work collaboratively with domestic, security, and protocol staff to ensure smooth and dignified household operations.
- Observe the utmost discretion, protecting the privacy and security of the Principal and family.
- At least 5 years' service in a senior housekeeping role within a royal household, diplomatic residence, luxury estate, or five-star hospitality environment.
- Expertise in fine materials, antiques, and special garment care.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in upholding standards of excellence.
- Discretion, loyalty, and the ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to changing schedules.
- Professional, respectful, and discreet at all times.
