- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student's progress
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents
- Provide personalised support to a student with SEN, both in and out of the classroom
- Assist in implementing individualised learning plans designed by the SEN coordinator
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student, promoting their social and emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the student's education
