Their directors are well-respected within the civil engineering industry, having held senior roles on some of the UK's most high-profile schemes.This consultancy is trusted to take on senior commercial and change roles on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects, often playing a pivotal part in whether schemes succeed financially. Their work spans dispute resolution, compensation claims, and complex change management under NEC contracts. For anyone joining the team, it’s a rare opportunity to develop deep contractual expertise at pace, while working on high-value, high-impact projects.Essential Requirements:- 4 years of QS experience within main contractor or subcontractor environments.- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline- Demonstrable civil engineering project background (minor or major civils)- Strong understanding of NEC contracts through direct project experience.- Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role)- A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.The selection process includes two interview stages; a face-to-face interview will be involved as a part of the process.
