Locations: Bath, Trowbridge, or SwindonOur client are looking to recruit a detail-oriented lawyer to join their busy property litigation team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters and the chance to develop your expertise alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment.The successful candidate will advise a varied client base including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and individuals on disputes such as:
- Residential leasehold issues, including breaches, enfranchisement and management disagreements
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters: lease renewals, arrears, dilapidations, forfeiture
- Boundary, covenant, and rights of way disputes
- Trespass, nuisance, and adverse possession claims
- Co-ownership and trusts of land
- Residential eviction proceedings and tenant breaches
- Misrepresentation disputes
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with 1-5 years' experience in property litigation
- Solid grasp of both residential and commercial landlord and tenant law
- Commercially aware, with a clear, client-friendly approach to legal advice
- Organised, responsive and confident managing competing priorities
- Willing to contribute to a growing team and develop your professional profile
- Experience with commercial landlord/tenant work is helpful but not essential.
