- Be a keyworker providing consistency and support for young people, helping them feel safe and valued.
- Advocate and support each individual with kindness, respect, and compassion.
- Safeguard and challenge the young people when necessary, helping them develop life skills and resilience.
- Administer medication and maintain thorough, accurate records.
- Write care plans and reports to track progress and provide tailored support.
- Lead educational, recreational, and physical activities to encourage growth and development.
- Ensure all actions align with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 to maintain high standards of care.
- Rotating Weekdays: Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 2:45 pm / 2:15 pm - 11:00 pm)
- Fortnightly Weekend Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 am - 1:15 pm / 1:15 pm - 11:00 pm)
