As a Primary Teacher in South Shields, you will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring students. Your adaptability and dedication to fostering students' academic growth are essential in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
- Instructor: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Versatility: Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Evaluating: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor and enhance student progress.
- Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
- Adaptability: Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2 students.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and key stage expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
- Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us)
- A fully checkable work history
- Must have a driving license.
- Preferably should have business insurance and be committed for long term.
- Candidate must be in good mental and physical health and also must be a resilient and reliable individual.
- Must be able to work with vulnerable and challenging pupils in a school environment.
