Take on this senior operations role with a leading provider of Build to Rent homes! The Senior Operations Manager will lead the onsite General Managers and wider business operations to ensure the organisation continues to provide the highest standards of homes and service provision at all times.Role : Senior Operations ManagerLocation : LondonHours : Monday to Friday – West London OfficeSalary : £65,000 - £80,000 + BonusWhat will the role require?
  • People - lead, train, and manage a best-in-class team across all BTR schemes
  • Customer Service - take responsibility for delivering consistently great resident experience
  • Financial performance - own P&Ls for overall business operations
  • Operations - proactively and reactively address challenges and opportunities on site to drive operational excellence
  • Mobilisation - lead setup, handover, and successful launch of new BTR schemes
Who we are searching for?
  • An individual with substantial management experience, an expert in leading and inspiring sizeable teams within fast-paced property environments.
  • Someone who thrives in a high growth business environment; with an ability to handle high levels of pressure. Able to adapt and prioritize effectively.
  • An energetic self-starter; confident, outgoing personality. Good influencing and interpersonal skills, with high energy, drive and resilience.
  • A degree educated individual with strong business knowledge and a sharp intellect. Well-developed analytical and critical reasoning skills.
