- Delivering engaging, creative lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
- Using assessment strategies to track progress and guide learning

- Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Contributing to school life through assemblies, trips, and enrichment activities
- Has experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Is reflective, adaptable, and confident in classroom management
- Is committed to inclusive education and safeguarding practices
- Communicates effectively and works well in a team
