- Enabling board & investor management by overseeing logistics, materials, and follow-ups; acting as a key liaison with board members and investors.
- Maximising time & prioritisation by structuring the CEO's calendar to balance strategic focus, external engagement, and personal time.
- Leveraging conferences & events by identifying priority contacts, securing meetings, and preparing concise briefing notes with context and talking points.
- Driving project support by taking ownership of initiatives such as research, vendor comparisons, and due diligence support, while ensuring execution across stakeholders.
- Providing executive support by coordinating travel, logistics, and personal commitments seamlessly while handling sensitive matters with absolute discretion.
- Acting as the first point of contact by managing emails and ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting reports & presentations by preparing new materials and reviewing existing documents to ensure they are polished, accurate, and error-free.
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive (ideally within a high-growth, scale-up, or investor-backed environment).
- Proven ability to operate confidently in boardroom and investor settings.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a clear focus on business impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting concise, accurate materials.
- A track record of building trusted relationships and exercising sound judgement.
- Experience supporting healthtech, consumer, or mission-driven businesses.
- Exposure to fundraising or investor relations.
- An interest in health, wellbeing, and Numan's mission.
