  • Ensuring clinical care meets and exceeds professional standards.
  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
  • Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
  • Recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately.

  • The ability to recognise and report safeguarding concerns.
