- Deliver a renowned client experience through weekly calls, SMS, and emails, keeping clients updated and handling outstanding document requests.
- Ensure compliance documents are completed accurately and provided to the correct recipients.
- Respond rapidly to client queries, document requests, and third-party communications.
- Work closely with clients and third parties to drive applications forward and ensure KPI targets are achieved.
- Develop expert knowledge of compliance requirements (full training provided) to support clients in getting it right first time.
- Contact all new leads within 60 seconds of form submission.
- Update spreadsheets and CRM records accurately and quickly.
- Support the business in maintaining its 4.9 Trustpilotrating and achieving new review targets.
- Handle complex and challenging calls with professionalism, including delivering difficult outcomes.
- Follow standard operating procedures meticulously both on and off calls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar.
- Positive, light-hearted, and resilient attitude - thrives when things don't go to plan.
- Tenacity and patience, with the ability to manage challenges from third parties with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Commercially minded with knowledge of contemporary sales strategies and committed to ongoing self-development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using CRM systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), including hot keys to speed up repetitive tasks.
- Previous administration and telephone-based customer service experience.
- Knowledge of GDPR with previous training is desirable.
- Competitive basic salary with significant commission potential (weekly commission starts after probation, with realistic earnings of £36k-£59k depending on performance).
