What you'll be doing:We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Contract Leader to take the next step in their career and help build out our contract division within our London office. You will be responsible for driving growth in our contract book through existing and new clients, with a focus on both Individual Contractors and Statement of Work (SoW) contracts.We are looking for a billing leader, not an operational leader.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the contract division in London, building the business pipeline, scaling the team and ensuring continuous growth in business.
  • Coach and mentor a Senior Consultant while driving their career progression.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients across the UK.
  • Build on current client relationships to secure new contract opportunities and drive new business.
  • Oversee delivery of contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service.
  • Drive performance, providing guidance to the team on how to scale and expand the business.
  • Work closely with leadership to meet business objectives and contribute to the long-term strategic vision of the company
  • Secure new markets / niche's that have high potential

  • Contract experience: Extensive experience in contract recruitment, particularly within delivery and new business development.
