We are seeking a dedicated Quality and Risk Manager for the South region. In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for Quality and Risk Management, providing essential guidance and support to the Chief Commercial and Operations Officer. Your expertise will ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Quality Standards for Imaging (QSI) across various scanning modalities.We will be interviewing throughout the duration of this advert.   • PSIRF training: Completion of the PSIRF incident investigation course, which focuses on improving patient safety through effective incident investigation.

  • Extensive Knowledge of CQC Regulations and QSI Standards: In-depth understanding of Care Quality Commission regulations and Quality Standards for Imaging across various scanning modalities.
  • Risk Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, including incident reporting and management.
  • Patient Safety Focus: Strong background in patient safety, including handling incidents, complaints, and claims effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ability to drive continuous service improvement through lessons learned and best practice implementation.
  • Policy Development: Experience in setting company policies and providing guidance on safe systems of work.
