- PSIRF training: Completion of the PSIRF incident investigation course, which focuses on improving patient safety through effective incident investigation.
- Extensive Knowledge of CQC Regulations and QSI Standards: In-depth understanding of Care Quality Commission regulations and Quality Standards for Imaging across various scanning modalities.
- Risk Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, including incident reporting and management.
- Patient Safety Focus: Strong background in patient safety, including handling incidents, complaints, and claims effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Ability to drive continuous service improvement through lessons learned and best practice implementation.
- Policy Development: Experience in setting company policies and providing guidance on safe systems of work.
- Quality Assurance: Proficiency in maintaining and utilising quality assurance systems and processes.
- Leadership and Support: Capability to provide guidance and support to senior management, particularly the Chief Commercial and Operations Officer.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Relevant Qualifications: Appropriate qualifications in healthcare management, risk management, or a related field.
- Experience in Healthcare: Significant experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a quality or risk management role.
