You’ll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of events, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or a special celebration, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences!Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end operation of events, from planning through to execution
- Work closely with a passionate team to deliver top-tier service
- Coordinate with clients to meet their unique event needs and preferences
- Collaborate with chefs and other staff to ensure food and beverage offerings are exceptional
- Maintain the castle’s signature atmosphere, ensuring every event feels magical
- A proven track record in event operations, ideally within hospitality or catering
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- A love for food and the fine art of catering
- Competitive salary of £38,000 per year
- Monday to Friday working hours, with the occassional weekend , event dependent
