
Staff Program Manager

- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing product releases and new product offerings.
- Define the program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with teams across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact and communication hub for all program-related activities.
- Work with executive leadership to ensure the program’s goals align with the company’s strategic vision.
- Identify dependencies and synergies across the product portfolio to maximize impact.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Develop contingency plans and adapt program strategies as needed to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executives, on program progress, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure transparency and clarity in program status and decision-making processes.
- Work with functional leads to secure and allocate necessary resources to support program goals.
- Optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient execution across all teams.
- Identify and implement best practices for program management, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for other program managers within the organization.
- 10+ years of program management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a software or technology-focused organization.
- Exceptional ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven expertise in building and managing program roadmaps and timelines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment at all organizational levels.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern product development practices. Experience with the following is a plus: Web Applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservice architectures, AWS, MS Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
