What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing residential property sales from start to finish
  • Generating new business and building client relationships
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Using local market knowledge to drive success
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Experience as a residential estate agent in sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to generate and win new business
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Positive, proactive attitude and team player mentality
  • Knowledge of the Sutton property market (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated
