The company is a national leader in combining user-centred digital service design with cloud-based open architecture and modern technology services.Requirements:Role specificationReporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Internal Communications Executive plays a key role in ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the organisation. The role is responsible for creating and delivering communication strategies and campaigns that inform, engage, and connect employees with business priorities, values, and culture.Working closely with senior leaders, HR, IT, Marketing, and other business functions, the Internal Communications Executive ensures that employees are well-informed, motivated, and aligned with organisational objectives. This role will also contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture through clear messaging, effective channels management, and innovative engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of the internal communications strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Draft and distribute engaging content including company announcements, leadership messages, and intranet updates.
  • Manage internal communications channels (intranet, email, events etc.) ensuring they are current, effective, and accessible.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and management teams to deliver clear and timely updates on organisational changes, policies, and initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent alignment between internal and external messaging.
  • Coordinate and support internal events such as Town Halls, Line Manager briefings, and engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor employee engagement with communications, using data and feedback to continuously improve approach and effectiveness.
  • Support crisis communications and sensitive announcements with clarity and accuracy.
  • Champion the employee voice by promoting two-way communication and creating opportunities for colleague feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, values, and employee engagement.
  • Promote wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and recognition through targeted campaigns and communications.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and deliver tailored support.
  • Ensure tone of voice and communication style remain consistent, accessible, and aligned with the company's culture.

  • Degree qualified or equivalent level of experience
  • Strong knowledge of building and maintaining company intranets

  • Ability to work under pressure, to prioritise work, and to adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent face to face and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work either independently or within a team, and with a range of different stakeholders.
  • Creative skills with the ability to propose and implement initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail, including strong copy writing and proof reading skills
  • Experience in an internal communications role
  • Experience in or demonstrable understanding of IT Consultancy/Services business..
  • Experience in management of internal communications tools, including digital tools such as Office 365 and SharePoint functionality
Salary : up to £42k plus bonusLocation : Hyrbid Farringdon, London 1-2 days per week & remoteThis role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
