And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.Become a maker of possible with us!Our vision for Medication Delivery Solutions at BDAs a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.Main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate product life cycle (PLC) operational activities across platforms and functions, guided by Product Management Leads. This includes discontinuations and new product launches.
- Project manage and ensure timely execution of PLC changes within the cluster, from assessment to implementation and follow-up.
- Organise project work, documents, and results for validation and compliance traceability.
- Ensure project governance through meeting cadence, scorecards, and following established project management practices.
- Facilitate timely and effective project communications, including meeting facilitation and executive status reporting.
- Identify and manage project risks and financial impacts, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution with impacted partners.
- Create management reports and presentations to keep project sponsors and collaborators informed on schedule, budget, and product status.
- Engage key team members to manage activities and outputs.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a large matrix organization, with a background in finance, logistics, tenders, order management, marketing, or similar fields.
- Technical marketing competence is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong numerical skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
