This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be driving operational performance, ensuring production targets are hit, quality standards are exceeded, and teams are performing at their best.What you'll do:Lead day-to-day plant operations for metal packaging manufacturing.Manage production schedules, resources, and performance KPIs.Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost control.Ensure strict compliance with H&S, quality, and environmental standards.Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to deliver results.What you'll bring:Strong operations management experience in manufacturing - ideally metal packaging, canning, or high-speed FMCG.Proven leadership skills in a high-volume production environment.Solid understanding of lean, CI, and manufacturing best practices.Commercial awareness with budget control experience.Why apply?
