Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for designing scalable, secure, and innovative SaaS solutions? We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead the technical vision and delivery of cutting-edge platforms, including Common Data Environments (CDE), Building Information Modelling (BIM), and enterprise integrations.Belcan Workforce Solutions are hiring on a 6 month basis - Inside IR35 - Hybrid working 3 days on our clients site in Warwick.About the RoleAs our Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem. You'll be responsible for:
  • Developing business cases to evaluate SaaS options (market-based or in-house)
  • Gathering and translating functional and non-functional requirements
  • Leading RFP evaluations and vendor selection
  • Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture
  • Ensuring compliance with security and IT controls
  • Creating and maintaining architectural artefacts
  • Leading multi-domain and IdP SSO integrations
  • Supporting CDE & BIM platform architecture and MS365/SharePoint integrations
Experience RequiredEssential:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Expertise in software development methodologies and architectural best practices
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
  • Experience with CDE & BIM platforms
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Exposure to MS365 and SharePoint architecture
