This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, hands-on boatyard with a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship across a wide range of marine projects.The Role: As a Boat Builder / Laminator, you'll be working on a variety of builds and repairs in a small but highly skilled team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable workload and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Laminating and general boat building work
- Working with composite materials and marine components
- Ensuring high-quality finishes across all jobs
- Collaborating with colleagues on bespoke marine projects
- Previous experience in boat building and/or laminating is essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
