- Managing driver paperwork and driver debriefing
- Managing the trailer pool for the site
- Managing the defect process for vehicles requiring maintenance
- Driver performance management
- Managing driver hours and schedules
- Investigating incidents and complaints
- Must have previous management experience
- Must have previous experience within a transport environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
