- Leading the optimization of the CRM plan to deliver the best customer experience and drive engagement
- Owning the end to end consumer journey, managing customer experience, to drive increased customer conversion, satisfaction & loyalty
- Working directly with the Senior Management team to ensure the CRM strategy is in line with the business strategy ensuring realistic targets are met
- Collect & understand all data relating to customer interactions, and bring insights together to build an accurate view of the customer experience
- Keep up to date with CRM innovation to continually improve customer engagement
- Establish an SMS strategy, identifying the best approach for the brand and customer
- Work with the Customer Data and Insights team and third-party suppliers to identify and prioritize opportunities to optimise lifecycle and BAU campaigns, establishing a strategy to drive customer growth within CRM channels
- Report on campaign performance, sharing insights with the team and using these to guide decisions moving forwards.
- Be the CRM and email point of contact for the business and third-parties
