What's the role about?:Business Development Executive - Nestlé WholesaleAre you a driven sales professional with a talent for building relationships and influencing decision-makers?Do you want to represent one of the world’s biggest FMCG brands in wholesale?Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £28,000 to 30,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company carWorking: 37.5 hours, Monday to FridayLocation: Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrounding AreasPowerforce is on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join our Nestlé Wholesale team. This role is all about taking ownership of your territory, driving visibility, and growing sales across wholesale depots. You’ll use data and insights to influence, pitch and close agreements, and ensure Nestlé is always front of mind.What you’ll be doingBuilding strong relationships with wholesale depot managers and key stakeholdersUsing insights to drive sales, product availability and visibilityNegotiating additional displays, securing NPD agreements and influencing ordersAuditing depot compliance and presenceExecuting activation days, trade events and secondary displaysReporting results with before/after photos and sharing BIG winsWhat we’re looking forA confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skillsProven sales experience, ideally within FMCG, wholesale or retailCommercially savvy with the ability to influence and negotiateResults-driven and target-focused, resilient and adaptableKnowledge of B2B sales, supply chains and distributor networks is desirableFull UK driving licence (12 months+)What will we offer you?
