Are you a fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer who wants to work on ice cream, dairy and manufacturing machinery and process equipment? This is a varied role covering service, installation, maintenance and breakdown. Our workshop is in Leicestershire, and you will need to travel to customer sites both nationally and internationally, but not every day!BASIC SALARY : up to £48,000 dependant on experienceBENEFITS :

A chance for you to be workshop and customer based. No two days or weeks will be the same for you, if you want a really varied role.You will need to live within 30-45 minutes of our site because some weeks you will have no call-outs or planned installs or maintenance. We will keep you busy though, with hands on testing and fault-finding in our workshop. You do need to be prepared to travel to customer sites UK wide and occasionally abroad too.If you want a role that gives you engineering variety - installation, service, maintenance (the full after sales solution). Then look no further!YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Refrigeration Engineer, Service Engineer - F-GAS· Pre delivery inspection and test in our workshop because we sell new and use machines
· Installation and commissioning of machinery equipment
· Reactive response to breakdowns - the better they're maintained the less they break!
· Customer training, updating and maintain machinery and equipment manuals
· Routine planned maintenance - you understand the importance of this!YOUR BACKGROUND : Refrigeration Engineer, Service Engineer - F-GAS· You have experience with refrigeration equipment, chillers, coolers or similar - that could be from manufacturing or commercial environments
· We'd love it if you had experience of ice cream machinery, but we are open to a background of dairy, frozen or chilled food manufacturing and or process machinery or distillery equipment. If you are unsure if your background is suitable, please ask us
· You understand this role will involve travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, service and breakdown when you are not in our workshop and there may be occasions you need to stay over too
· Hold suitable refrigeration-based qualifications and a good general background in mechanical and electrical principles
