Since 1943, Field Studies Council has created inspiring outdoor learning opportunities for all ages – from school children to adult learners – helping everyone connect with and care for the environment.What you’ll be doingAs one of our Casual Hospitality & Catering Assistants you’ll be responsible for keeping our visitor spaces clean, tidy, and ready for guests. This includes:Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areasPreparing rooms for guests, including making beds, providing towels, and restocking tea/coffee facilitiesEnsuring public areas such as corridors and classrooms are neat, tidy, and well-presentedSetting up the dining room for mealsAssisting in the kitchen with food preparation and serviceKeeping the dining, kitchen, and tea/coffee areas clean and stockedOur centre is always busy, so we value team members who are happy to help wherever they’re needed.Where you’ll be workingNestled in 20 hectares of south Cumbria countryside between Morecambe Bay and the Lake District, Castle Head is the perfect place to enjoy a breath of fresh air on your breaks.
