Whilst the firm is a full service practice and undertakes both commercial and private client work, the firm remains committed to its roots and private client work is still very much at the heart of their focus.You'll join a mid sized team of experts in their field undertaking a good mix of wills, trusts and probate work. Ideally you'll have some experience in drafting wills, exposure to estates and trust administration and be comfortable with lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work. You'll enjoy the supportive and collegiate culture in the firm that will ensure you never feel that you cannot ask for help. You will be the required to work between offices and should have enough experience to work largely independently.The firm is well established and well recognised within the region. Whilst moving with the times and modern in approach and outlook, my client is keen to maintain its commitment to providing a highly bespoke and personal service.
