Workday Systems Manager
Fully Remote (occasional travel to London)
£90,000 – £95,000 per annum + Annual discretionary bonusOn behalf of a global leading healthcare provider, I am looking for an experienced Workday Systems Manager to take ownership of their Workday platform and lead the team behind it.You’ll have overall responsibility of a team of 5 and work across HR and Digital and the wider business to deliver a high-performing, future-ready system.The role is 100% remote based with occasional travel to their London/other sites.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the internal Workday team
  • Own and enhance our Workday HCM environment – with a focus on Payroll, Integrations, Learning, Recruitment, Workday Help, and Business Processes
  • Drive feature releases, system upgrades, and process improvements
  • Ensure smooth operations while delivering strategic enhancements
  • Maintain data governance, compliance, and clear documentation
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align system capability with business needs.
Experience/Skills required:
  • Solid Workday experience across Core HCM and full platform management
  • Strong hands-on experience with integrations – essential
  • In-depth UK Payroll knowledge – highly desirable
  • Configuration skills across security, business processes, and reporting
  • A proven ability to manage and develop a team
  • Clear communication and confidence engaging across business and technical teams
  • Ability to juggle support, projects, and continuous improvement.
