As a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting a team of expert property lawyers and fee earners on all aspects of the conveyancing process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties
  • Handle post-exchange and post-completion matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
  • Provide administrative support to senior fee earners and solicitors in the property department
  • Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience working in a conveyancing or residential property legal team
  • Minimum of 12 months in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant role within a property department
  • Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset
