Senior Warehouse Technician – Full Time, Permanent
Location: Farnborough HQ | Salary: up to £38k DOEAs Tecna UK continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Technician to help take our Operations Team to the next level.This role goes beyond day-to-day warehouse tasks. We need someone who brings both practical expertise and a process-driven mindset, helping us improve how we manage stock, track inventory condition, and oversee rental equipment usage. You’ll play a key role in driving warehouse efficiency and ensuring we always have accurate, up-to-date stock data to support the wider business.What you’ll do:
  • Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations, including dispatch, returns, and storage of stock and rental items
  • Take ownership of stock control processes, ensuring accurate, real-time inventory data and condition tracking
  • Oversee rental stock management, including booking allocation, maintenance schedules, and tracking of stock usage
  • Help design and implement improvements to warehouse workflows, stock management tools, and booking systems
  • Support ROI tracking for rental stock by ensuring relevant usage and condition data is collected and reviewed
  • Mentor and guide junior warehouse team members, supporting their development and ensuring high standards
  • Maintain a hands-on role in picking, packing, loading, unloading, and pre-building equipment and exhibition stands when needed
What we’re looking for:Essential skills and qualities:
  • Proven warehouse experience in a senior, supervisory, or team lead role
  • Strong understanding of stock management systems and inventory control processes
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving operational efficiency
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when tracking stock, condition, and movements
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and experience supporting or mentoring colleagues
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable experience and skills:
  • Experience using shipping management tools and CRM platforms (Monday.com experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with stock management or ERP software
  • Comfortable working with data to support ROI and stock performance reporting
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • IPAF testing experience

Tecna
