- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business performance tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to meet financial goals.
- Support cost control initiatives by providing detailed variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver relevant financial insights.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
- Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for senior management.
- A recognised part-qualification in a professional accounting body such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Competitive salary in the range of £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience.
