May startOne of our key clients, who are a Contractor on the look out for an experienced Site Manager, from a Carpentry background preferred, who is strong at leading a project to completion and handing over. You will be working on and delivering all the Carpentry finishing package, to a high standard.The project is at 2nd fix stage. looking for a Manager who has strong experience in finishing off projects, with a good eye for detail. You will need to have good team building skills and lead from the front. My client are looking for a Site Manager who has overseen and delivered work on skirting boards, architraves, doors, floor boards and windows.Looking for:- 5+ years experience.
- Carpentry background preferred. 2nd fix experience.
- Work closely with the senior management.
- Organise, motivated and passionate about completely projects.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- In charge of Health & Safety.
- Control of the project.
- IT literate.
