  • Represent a diverse range of private and public sector clients and advise them on all aspects of employment law
  • Represent clients in employment tribunal litigation
  • Mentor and develop the employment team fostering their professional growth and development
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver personalised service
Requirements
  • Strong track record within employment law
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
  • Excellent technical, drafting and client management skills
  • Flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis.
