Are you a logistics whizz who loves a challenge?We're looking for someone to "own" the entire shipping process.This is a crucial role where you'll make sure clients get their products on time, every time, all while boosting customer satisfaction and driving down costs.Your role:
  • Coordinate all shipments, from small packages to massive bulk orders.
  • Be the go-to person for Production and Warehouse teams, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage data exports and create shipping labels
  • Take charge of our returns system and keep track of all monthly invoices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and warehouse partners.
  • Lend a hand with packing when needed.
You will need
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in export documentation
